De-Risking Custom Automation: The SEYMOUR CapEx Mitigation Protocol
Stop guessing with capital budgets. Prove the physics first. Eliminate scope creep, validate cycle times, and test high-risk micro-assemblies on the lab bench before committing to a full machine build.
01
Phase 0: Discovery & Capability Alignment
SEYMOUR Advanced Technologies establish feasibility before we touch a CAD terminal. This phase is strictly limited to exploratory meetings, defining your primary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing high-level budget estimations. The SAT Boundary: We do not guess. No custom CAD, fluid dynamics testing, or software logic is generated during free discovery. If the physics are complex, we move immediately to Phase 1.

02
Phase 1: Proof of Concept & Feasibility Study
This is your ultimate CapEx insurance policy. If a project requires custom algorithm modeling, sub-micron sensor validation, or cycle-time proof, we execute a fixed-cost Phase 1 Proof of Concept (PoC). We build a physical benchtop mockup of your most difficult process to prove the physics in the real world. The SAT Guarantee: You receive a comprehensive engineering report with a guaranteed Phase 2 build cost, and a percentage of your Phase 1 PoC cost is credited directly toward your Phase 2 machine build.

03
The FlexSEY Build & "T-Zero" Execution
Once Phase 1 proves the physics, our multidisciplinary team engineers the full physical cell, validates I/O, and programs the core logic using our vertically integrated capabilities. The T-Zero Schedule Lock: Your project timeline does not start until "T-Zero." T-Zero is established only when SAT receives verified, uncorrupted client CAD and physical test samples. We protect your delivery date by holding all parties accountable to the data.
