Challenge: Ensuring accurate and reliable feeding, fastening, and torquing of micro screws in a manufacturing process, including the application of Loctite and thread count inspection.

Solution: A comprehensive micro screw feeding and fastening system with a screw feeder, Loctite dispenser, thread count inspection system, torque screwdriver, and a double redundancy torque validation system using two torque transducers. This system, along with data acquisition and analysis, ensures product quality, reduces defects, and improves overall efficiency.
