Machine Installation - Delivery, IQ, OQ, PQ for SAT

IQ (Installation Qualification) ensures proper installation, OQ (Operational Qualification) confirms that the system operates as intended, and PQ (Performance Qualification) verifies that the system consistently delivers the desired performance.

Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP)

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are quality assurance standards that ensure medical devices are safe and effective for patient use.

GMP includes all aspects of production:

- Design: Ensuring device suitability for its purpose.
- Manufacturing: Guaranteeing consistent production.
- Quality Control: Verifying adherence to quality standards.
- Documentation: Ensuring clear and validated processes.
- Personnel: Confirming staff training and hygiene.
- Premises: Ensuring appropriate production facilities.
- Materials: Validating suitability of production materials.

Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) (IPV) services confirm your instrument meets manufacturer design specifications.

- IQ provides proof of proper installation.
- OQ verifies subsystem functionality per specifications.
- PQ or IPV confirms effective and consistent performance, ensuring accuracy.

Additionally, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) evaluates the equipment before it is shipped to ensure it meets required specifications, while Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) is conducted at the installation site to validate that the system operates correctly in its intended environment.
